Bidirectional H&P data flow between Zenoti and Qualiphy

New workstream not in v2.1. Zenoti exposes a custom form endpoint that accepts structured Q&A from Qualiphy and maps to patient profile fields. Solves the PDF-only round trip problem and unlocks WS2 (in-clinic GFE). DC opens the thread with Venkat this week; both Qualiphy hooks are already confirmed ready.

DC opens Venkat thread this week

Not in v2.1 architecture. Surfaced as critical gap during the Jun 9 standup. DC owns the Zenoti negotiation given existing relationship with Venkat.

PROBLEM IT SOLVES

Trapped data on both sides

Patient H&P data trapped in Zenoti; GFE data trapped in Qualiphy. Both currently flow as PDFs only. Breaks marketing segmentation and creates "no forms completed" surfaces.

QUALIPHY READY

Both hooks confirmed Jun 9

Inbound: exam submit answers field accepts pre-fill. Outbound: webhook returns every Q&A as JSON. No iframe changes required on Qualiphy side.
